You've seen the giant burgers on the "Burger Time" Scrap of Nathan's Hamburger, but here is a better view...
Here is the recipe:
1 Haiwiian Bread Loaf
2 lbs ground beef
4 eggs
Steak Seasonings
1 Large tomato sliced
6 Dill pickle stackers
1/2 onion sliced into rings
4 - 6 cheddar cheese slices
6-8 lettuce leaves
Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup
In a large bowl mix ground beef, eggs and steak seasons until full incooperated. Add steak seasoning to your preferance. Line a glass pie plate with wax paper and press hamburger mixture in to the edge of the pie plate, this will give you the size and shape of your burger. Carefully turn the giant meat patti out to a heated griddle, and allow to cook on medium -low heat until brown on one side. Turning the patty is the tricky part and takes a little skill. If you have a giant spatula you won't have any trouble. I used a thin dinner plate to carefully scoop the burger up and quickly turn it. Becareful of hot grease, I received a bad grease burn from some back splash once... ewww. Once the meat patty is flipped, let it cook until browned , then remove and place on a pizza pan and place in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 - 30 minutes to ensure the inside is completely done. Place your cooked meat patty on a halved haiwiian bread loaf and top it as desired. One of these burgers will feed a family. ;) I made three for Nathan's birthday and it fed five adults and four children and we still had an entire burger left over. lol
