The enclosed digital scraps you have downloaded was created entirely by me, Rachel Hansen. The entire contents of this kit belongs to me as well as the copyright. You are welcomed to use this scrap kit under my outlined terms of use which is as follows:
NO-NO
1. You MAY NOT claim any contents of the kits, elements, papers or tubes as your own, your design, your creation, your art, your concept in any form.
2. You MAY NOT use any portion of the kits, elements, papers or tubes to create graphics to make or produce a profit for yourself or anyone else.
3. You MAY NOT add any of the contents of the kits, elements, papers or tubes or it's associated graphics into your own collection or add pieces of it to any other scrapping, blog, PSP, or forum site.
4. You MAY NOT add the kits, elements, papers or tubes or any of it's contents for download on ANY other website without my written permission.
5. You MAY NOT claim the "Hemp N Pimp", "Hippie Chic" , "Strawberries N Creme"," Summer Fun", "Slumber Party" Concept or Scrap name as your own.
6. You MAY NOT Sale or ReSale the kits, elements, papers or tubes or any portion of it's content what so ever!
7. You MAY NOT Change my File Names What so ever. MY kits, elements, papers or tubes files begin with JBL~ leave them that way. These are original graphics and I will KNOW MY work when I see it, it all has a water mark in the layers.
8. DO NOT SHARE THE DOWNLOAD LINKS in EMAIL GROUPS, MESSAGE BOARDS, BLOGS, IM's etc. you MAY Share the link to my blog so others can browse and download from there. I am a member of many email share groups and I will discontinue my free downloads if they are abused.

1. You MAY use the kits, elements, papers or tubes to create digital scrap book lay outs, designs and PSP tags of any nature.
2. You MAY use the kits, elements, papers or tubes in full or only in portions in your Signature Tags and scrap blogs.
3. You are not required to put my copyright on your finished tags and graphics. If you do, thank you.

5. Please DO NOT share the contents of my zipped kits with anyone, please link them back to jelly bean lane so they may download their own freebies.

All TOU are as listed above with the addition that all sales are digital downloads via email and zipped files are all purchases are FINAL, NO REFUNDS are given, for the sole purpose that you are purchasing an item(s) that cannot be returned, is non perishable and is sold as is with the option of downloading the "Freebie" try it before you buy it free sample of the papers and graphics so you can view the size, color and adequecy of the graphics and papers.
I produce my graphics in PAINT SHOP PRO, and NOT PHOTOSHOP. Therefore, everything should be compatable, but there may be slight differances in sizes, therefore, I highly recommend you download and try the freebies to see if it is what you want before you purchase it and complain that it doesn't work for you or is not what you thought it would be.

I do this for the joy of creating graphics designs...... So I don't mind sharing my work. If my graphics and TOU are abused ( trust me the PSP world is vast but we all have connections and know each other... Bling! It makes tags and graphics look so much better and it beats plain jane glittering. Don't get me wrong, I love to glitter my tags with the plain jane glitter. When I first learned to glitter I was really excited because I mastered something new and pretty and it was easier than I had imagined.
